Having a baby is hard work
From healing, adjusting, and navigating all the "new" in parenthood, having a baby is a lot! While it’s true that babies don't come with a manual, there is another truth you hear less often: pregnancy and birth don’t come with a manual, either.
Pregnancy is one of the largest changes your body can go through, culminating in a birth that you can’t predict. The process can be daunting, especially since it comes at a time when you may be physically exhausted. Having someone to walk you through this stage with knowledge and experience can relieve stress and help you move toward parenthood confidently. We’re her to support you, the Mama, as you heal and nurture your new baby!

Doulas are the people who hold your hand through all the unknowns, stresses, and joys of childbearing and childrearing.
Our job is not to simply help you get through birth, but to walk with you from pregnancy through postpartum as you become a parent, and encourage you every step of the way.
Birth Doula Support package #1
$1400
This package is ideal for first-time Mamas, or those who could use a little more support.
Birth Doula Package #1 includes:
- Two prenatal visits to discuss and create your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss expectations for the birth
- Custom education + evidence-based information on pregnancy, labor, and birth, sent directly by text or email, based on your individual needs
- Unlimited call and text support
- On-call period begins two weeks before your estimated due-date
- Your doula will remain with you throughout your labor and birth and will stay a maximum of two hours after the birth of the baby
- One in-home postpartum visit to see how things are going, answer your questions and talk about your birth.
Birth Doula Support package #2
$1200
For Mamas who have already given birth, this package includes everything in package #1, but less prenatal visits.
I am still here to support you through your pregnancy and during your birth with love, encouragement, and the physical, emotional and information support you need. You are not alone! .

- One prenatal visit to discuss and create your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss expectations for the birth
- Custom education + evidence-based information on pregnancy, labor, and birth, sent directly by text or email, based on your individual needs
- Unlimited call and text support
- On-call period begins two weeks before your estimated due-date
- Your doula will remain with you throughout your labor and birth and will stay a maximum of two hours after the birth of the baby
- One in-home postpartum visit (if desired) to see how things are going, answer your questions and talk about your birth.
Postpartum Doula Services
starting at $800
We provide in-home postpartum doula support to families in the Coeur d’alene area for the first 12 weeks after your baby is born.
Postpartum doula services include:
- One prenatal visit to create a plan for support
- Education + evidence-based information on recovery, newborn care, and feeding, sent directly to your phone or email
- 12 hours of postpartum care, broken up as needed
- One delicious, nutritious meal of your choice. After that, light food preparation so you stay hydrated and nourished
- Light household chores like dishes & laundry
- Care for baby while you take time to nap and shower
- Connection to local and online resources as needed
Postpartum doula support services can last anywhere from a few visits to more than 3 months. At our prenatal visit, we'll work together to develop a customized plan for you.
